Here at Fullingmall we are continually striving to process and ship orders as soon as possible.
Orders are processed between Monday - Friday.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business day and on average, take 5-16 business days to arrive.

Your order usually takes 1-3 business days (while some items may take 6-9 business days). If the processing time is longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Orders outside US, Canada, UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand will take 2-4 weeks.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us through our contact form with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship the order if it gets returned to us, but shipping will be at your own cost.
